Using Report Builder, you can select data and design reports without having to understand how or where the data is stored, nor any programming language, in order to create reports. Users need only be familiar with the business model of the data.
Using Report Builder, you can create table, matrix, or chart reports. The data can be manipulated by filtering, grouping and sorting, or working with formulas, to specify parameters, and customize the data. In addition, you can add images to your report layout and design your reports to use colors, fonts, lines, and different formats. Once you save reports to the report server, they can be exported to the local computer as a TIFF, PDF, Excel, or HTML file.
