The CareConnect Internet Solution

CareConnect is MDI Achieve’s web portal that provides access to our sophisticated software systems through our own safe and secure Application Service Provider (ASP). CareConnect is the perfect solution for any facility, from the most technologically advanced to those with only a few computers. CareConnect allows authorized users to access MDI Achieve's software over the Internet to manage all accounting, clinical, and administrative functions.

With CareConnect, you get complete and secure access to your data from any location with Internet access. All of your data is safely stored off-site with daily, routine back-ups. Plus, installation, upgrades and enhancements all happen invisibly. Multiple employees can work simultaneously by simply logging on to CareConnect with individual passwords.

Computer "down-time" is essentially eliminated with CareConnect because our server farm (MDI Achieve’s system of multiple high performance computers) is load balanced to prevent lockouts and computer crashes. If one server goes down, the remaining servers will automatically handle the load.

CareConnect servers are housed in a government-approved shelter that is designed to withstand most natural and man-made disasters. Your data is encrypted and protected from every conceivable threat by features such as antistatic floors, multiple power generators and 600 square feet of batteries as back-up power, a sophisticated climate control system, and magnetic key-card security. Plus, accessibility is guaranteed with more available bandwidth than some major cities.
