REPS Select

REPS Select is a valuable companion to our REPS Leads marketing and lead tracking software, specifically designed for Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). REPS Select provides additional tools to allow you to collect more detailed information about the prospective resident and the care they will require, in order to make a more informed admission decision.

Comprehensive Skilled Care Evaluation

REPS Select includes a comprehensive evaluation specific to the skilled care environment. The evaluation includes several different sections:

• Basic demographics
• Questionnaire - User-defined initial screening
• Clinical assessment - Captures the resident's current condition, care requirements and calculates the RUG score
• Payor evaluation - Calculates the resident's expected reimbursement
• Financial evaluation - Calculates total costs and compares them to revenue sources

Flexible Tools for Your Whole Organization

There are a variety of ways to customize REPS Select to meet your community's unique admission criteria. With the user-defined questionnaire, you can track anticipated arrival, discharge and length of stay, along with virtually any other criteria your facility may require. Acceptable answers can be specified for each individual facility within your organization, allowing you to match prospective residents with the right facility to meet their needs. You can also set up the various costs that your community may incur in caring for residents, such as DME, pharmacy, etc. Plus you can track referrals, including organizations as well as specific contacts, to help build these relationships more effectively.

Streamlined Decision-Making

The status of each resident is tracked as they progress through the evaluation process until a final admission decision is made. At each step in the evaluation, the resident is accepted or denied, based on your community's specific criteria. Users with proper security can override denials where appropriate. When the evaluation is complete and the prospective resident has been accepted, you can Pre-Admit them, allowing for quick and easy transfer of the resident's information to the core Clinical/Financial module for admission.

Convenient Reporting

REPS Select includes a variety of valuable pre-loaded reports designed to help you manage your community's evaluation process efficiently. In addition to the reports available from REPS Leads, REPS Select includes:

• Prospect Status - Shows the progress of each prospect in the evaluation process.
• Denial Overrides - Shows where denial overrides have occurred by prospect, date, user.
• Cost Listings - Shows the user-defined costs that have been set up in the system.
• Screening Questions and Validations - Shows the questions that have been set up for the Questionnaire portion, along with the answers that are acceptable for admission.
• Referral Analysis - Shows where your leads are being generated.
