RNet is a state-of-the-art data management system designed specifically for rehabilitation and therapy providers. RNet was developed in consultation with leading rehabilitation scholars and therapists to provide a broad range of tools to effectively manage rehab and therapy services in the long-term care setting.

RNet efficiently handles a variety of functions through several tightly integrated modules.

Security Module
Controls system access and keeps a historical log of system utilization.
Administrative Module
Handles user information, locations, accounting and billing profiles.
Admission Module
Stores resident demographics and payer source information. Also includes MDS tools to automatically calculate therapy minutes based on a specific assessment date and type.
PT/OT/ST Clinical Modules
Guides the user through the evaluation process and generates CMS-700 and CMS-701 reports automatically. Also includes Progress Notes for further therapist documentation.
Outcomes Module
Produces up-to-the-minute, user-defined reports and charts.
Finance & Billing Module
Ties the activities of therapists to the treatment of residents, and tracks productivity of therapists, to provide all the information necessary to bill the various payer sources and generate financial reports. This module also includes optional Aging Reports, Cost Analysis Reports, and various other user-defined financial reports. This information is also integrated with our On-Line Advantage Accounts Receivable and ULTRACare billing modules.
Payroll Module
Collects payroll information and exports payroll data to various systems for processing.
Reporting Module
Analyzes case load mix, service providers and referral sources and produces various management, productivity and statistical reports for the clinical, billing and outcomes functions. Also features a PPS Forecasting tool to help you plan future therapy services, as well as Medicare B Therapy Cap reports to help manage therapy services and billing more efficiently.

Streamlines the Documentation Process

RNet provides easy-to-use data entry screens to make documentation more efficient – saving valuable staff time.

Comprehensive evaluations can be completed in less than 10 minutes with simple point and click answers. The information collected here can automatically produce the CMS-700 report.

The Productivity and Activity Log (PAL) is where therapy services are documented. Therapists enter treatment minutes here, along with other “non-treatment” activities. The information collected from these simple screens provides data for a variety of other functions, such as payroll and billing.

As therapy minutes are entered, the system automatically checks the information for compliance with therapy caps and CCI edits so the therapist can choose to accept KX or 59 modifiers as appropriate or make any necessary adjustments to the entry.

The information entered into the PAL also feeds the Productivity Report which calculates all treatment hours and non-billable activities of each therapist to determine his/her productivity for a specified time period.

The MDS Forecasting Tool tracks total minutes entered as complete, as well as total planned minutes, shows minutes needed to qualify for a specific RUG category, and helps determine the most appropriate assessment date.
