Training
Free Product Training
As part of our committment to our clients' success, we offer FREE product training to give staff the skills they need to effectively use our products.
Our FREE product training sessions are conducted at MDI Achieve office locations in Dallas, Minneapolis, and St. Louis. These are full-day sessions and may span one to four days, depending on the product and material covered. Transportation, lodging, meals and other associated costs are the responsiblity of the trainee.

Attend product-specific training session without the travel. Register for one of our FREE webinar sessions from the comfort and convenience of your own computer. Our webinar sessions cover a wide-range of topics so you can choose the right one that suits your needs.
We use Microsoft Live Meeting for the visual portion of our webinars, and a phone conferencing provider for the audio. Invite as many staff members as you'd like to participate and experience a group training session without ever leaving your own facility.
